Business Head - Enterprise Sales ( For portfolio Company AntWak)

Location : Bangalore ( Currently work from home), potential to relocate to US

Job Summary:

The Business Head will be expected to set the strategic vision and direction for the company- sales and revenue roadmap and execute on defined revenue targets, across the key enterprise streams of Corporate and International.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You will drive the direction and priorities of AntWak ensuring the right strategies are set for the best performance of the sales organization as well as setting appropriate KPIs and development on the group and individual level.

- Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success team and be responsible for growing end-to-end business P&L

- Build GTM strategies in existing or new markets. Includes setting up robust sales management processes and structures to increase efficiency

- Leverage connects in the AntWak space to build disruptive business

- Maximize reach and efficiency for the company's institutional offerings by strategically adding new, scalable partners

- Monitor the competitive marketplace and constantly analyze new opportunities for revenue growth

Functional Requirements

- Deep experience of B2B sales as well as Account Management

- 10+ years of global sales head experience in owning and growing the business. 6+ years experience in managing teams across sales, marketing, and customer success

- Extensive understanding of marketing channels and ability to work with marketing and brand teams to create impactful campaigns that ensure strong sales ROI

- Significant general management and P&L experience to create rigorously plans, and track individual, team and organizational performance against it
