Business Head - Electrical & Switchgear Industry

- The incumbent will handle the top line revenue, will be responsible for complete P&L of the business.

- He will be responsible for Top line revenue growth and market share

- The incumbent should have handled P&L for min 2 to 3 years, must have a total experience of 20 to 23 years and strong leadership position handling sales and Marketing.

- Should have experience in handling in multi cross functions such as planning, Logistics, Technical, Operations

- Creates sales projections and sets objectives for assigned business unit products

- Should have experience in electrical and switchgear industry

- He will create sales projections and set objectives for assigned business unit products

- Coordinates Product management with Marketing, Sales, CRI, Manufacturing and Vendor Development.

- Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs.

Qualification: B.Tech/ BE + MBA

- Will handle direct of 7or 8 people

- Should have experience in any of these product line like wire, accessories, switch, MCB, Switchgear, jerks etc.
