Business Head - Education Sector - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI (2-10 yrs)
We are currently hiring for leading Education Sector Client.
Location - Delhi
Company provides an array of learning solutions to students aspiring for overseas education as well as corporates.
The array of solutions provided test Preparation (GMAT, GRE, SAT), English Language(IELTS, PTE, TOFEL), Trans-nations Pathways (Northern Consortium United Kingdom), Action Learning & Leadership Development. Other solutions in design include Study Skills, Language School and Career Management Certifications.
The role of the Business Head is to holistically manage the operations & growth of the business. The Business Head is to plan, direct and manage business activities to ensure business growth in accordance with the organizational strategy. Ensure the effective achievement of the business development functional objectives, through the leadership of the division, by setting clear objectives to maximise individual and divisional performance.
Should have 5 years with independent P&L responsibility.
- Experience of working in/with education sector would be an advantage.
- MBA from a well-renowned Business School
- Good understanding of consumer behaviour for educational services
- Team leader with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with effective organisational and planning capabilities
- Ability to drive data-driven decision making
- Work efficiently in a matrix organisation
