Key Responsibilities :
- To strategize and execute the online strategy that will drive traffic to the site by closely working with the marketing team
- To develop & drive the cost module by working collaboratively with the Sales & Technology team and achieve revenue target for the vertical
- To develop content & product strategy for attracting the right TG to the brand by understanding & analyzing the research data and constantly updating themselves with the market trends
- To retain & acquire unique users by executing digital campaigns and providing compelling content
- To guide and motivate the team by creating performance driven, learning & participative environment
Job Specific Knowledge & Skill :
Functional :
- MBA with at least 15 years of experience
- Should have demonstrated success in the digital platforms
- Strong understanding of web analytics
Behavioral :
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Ability to adapt rapidly to evolving priorities and deadlines
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges
