We are currently retained by an international non-governmental and non-profit organisation committed to the welfare of children in the country to hire a Business Head- Education & Child Development.

The role would be to work closely with the heads of the various educational institutions and other function heads to ensure proper functioning of Academics, Administration and Finance of all the schools and other educational institutes run by this organization.

The role will be based out of New Delhi.

Please note this requires a forward thinking academician who has managed progressive schools and then been in a business role with an education company or in academics.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Developing the strategy and work plan for all the Educational Institutions.

2. Ensuring 100% financial sustainability of all the institutions

3. Supervising day to day working of all the schools, which are located pan India, as well as taking care of the Vocational training centres.

4. Building assessment plans for each of the teachers, academic mentors, academic co-workers, education co-workers, parents and tutors

5. Increasing the efficiency of the staff through various training modules: conceiving, designing and implementing.

6. Developing a roadmap for augmenting holistic development of child in partnership with other stakeholders

To fit the bill, you must :

- You must be a Post Graduate and B.ED. from a premier institute

- 10-15 years of total experience working in a combination of academics and growing impact-focused organization

- Must have managed a chain of schools

-Must have done curriculum development for a progressive institution
