Shift Timings : 8 PM - 5 AM (US timings)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a sales organization to establish strong international market leadership in the EdTech industry specifically B2C

- Lead strategic development of marketing programs to drive revenues and to achieve business objectives with Effective utilisation of leads and healthy conversion rate.

- Meet, engage, convert planning, buying and strategy teams at both brand and agency level who want to reach customers in the healthcare sector.

- Manage and oversee the operations team responsibilities.

- Own P&L responsibility and focus on reducing operational costs while increasing revenue contribution from active locations.

- Work with vendors, partners, and other entities to drive sales operations efficiencies and to establish brand value.

Required Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in sales and operations.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in building, developing, and managing sales team with Managing P&L

- Should have managed the revenues of 10 million and above.

- Strong track record of having worked with leading brands at national/international level.

- Master degree required, MBA.

- Comprehensive sales and management experience B2C including general management, sales, pre-sales, business operations, etc.

- Exceptional written skills, Verbal, and ability to manage and engage with professionals across all levels of the organization.

- Past entrepreneurial experience good to have.
