2. Candidate has experience of institutional Selling (B2C, B2B2C) and Marketing in K-12 School segment
3. Candidate has domestic experience - networked with K-12 School decision makers nationally
4. Candidate has P&L responsibility
5. Heading all teams across product development, digital marketing, Inside, direct & channel sales to ensure business numbers, geographical spread & market share.
6. Conducting periodic reviews & Strategic level partnerships with various stakeholders of the business.
7. Conducting seminars and events on countrywide level for different programs, both offline & online.
8. Assessing financial reports and estimations with due diligence for entering large deals for school takeovers. New product Launches, strategizing GTM, ensuring successful market penetration and growth.
