About the Company

Founded in Nov 2017, our start up is a fast growing e commerce company that aims to service and fundamentally recast the offline buying behavior of every single digital Indian. In the Indian context, traditional ecommerce channels have been successful in given access to hitherto inaccessible goods to consumers across the country. However, categories such as grocery and daily essentials already have a consumer behavior-albeit offline- that have gone largely untouched and untapped from these e-commerce channels.

By using differentiated technology platform as well as a deep network of partner stores, Behtar is building a customer experience that will allow every single digital Indian access to convenient, dependable and value-driven grocery and daily essentials. It is a combination of omnichannel and omni-access customer experience that is scaling rapidly and has both the resources and intent to reach as many Indian consumers while guaranteeing customer delight in convenience and value over the coming years.

The primary digital product around which most of of our business is built is a multi-purpose, multi-valent mobile application that makes use of cutting edge technology to help not only manage the customer viewpoint around ordering and selection in our partner stores, but will also help access a broader ecosystem of value driven goods and services for millions of digital Indians.

The founding team comes with deep experience in building and executing highly scalable mobile products as well as significant first hand experience in retail, FMCG and grocery.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Manage end to end operations and P&L of the business, including overseeing acquisition and merchant servicing/satisfaction divisions.

- Liaison with BD team consisting of acquisition and retailer management divisions as well as other stake holders in the company

- To ensure successful roll out and realization of Tech product.

- Be the first port of call, for any changes to consumer engagement and marketing technique and category enhancement that may expand and activate our retail and commerce footprint while maintaining value and dependability- in our offerings- to the end consumer.

- Be able to construct, train and motivate teams with incredible alacrity.

- Extra merit given to candidates who have existing networks required in this field in addition to being able to get younger folks who can be trained in mission critical objectives in weeks.

Candidate Requirement

1. MBA/PGDM from Tier I Colleges in India. Experience of around 4 years or more (or) Undergraduate degree from a Tier I college/university in India (IIT, BITS, NIT, etc.)

2. Ability/Willingness to build operational capabilities.

3. A good understanding of Operational and consumer experience or common sense to build it.

4. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and sound analytical skills as well.
