Business Head - eCommerce Shopping Portal - IIM/IIT/XLRI/TISS/FMS/ISB (18-20 yrs)
Job Description :
One our clients who are leaders in Digital Web and portal business is looking for an e- commerce head position to run its Shopping Portal.
The candidate should have 18-20 years of working experience in the following areas:
- Expertise in TV Broadcast, New Initiatives, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, E-Commerce, Alliances, Payment Solutions, and Communication & Brand Management, Internet, TV-Home Shopping and Telecom VAS/ VOICE; Proficient at managing large multi-cultural teams across functions.
- Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills.Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across platforms.
- Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams
- Build organization capability (team and knowledge) to create India's best and most effective customer acquisition programs.A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends.
Education : IIT /IIM/Top business schools only.
