We are looking for a Business Head for a well-funded Construction Tech Start-Up by a renowned group
Job Profile:
The Business Head will be responsible for the overall business strategy planning and execution of an omni-channel online platform catering both B2B & B2C verticals.
Holds the PnL responsibility of the business. Financial planning and executing budgets.
Lead and ensure smoot business operations.
Ensure implementation of strategy to accomplish business growth targets across regions.
Devise strategic roadmaps by assessing business opportunities in a region and potential business models.
Continuously review cross-functional business metrics to ascertain progress towards stated goals.
Build a solid talent pipeline, nurture, train and mentor talent, assign responsibilities and accountability, establish performance management system and incentives to drive organizations efforts towards meeting business goals in a coordinated manner.
Requirements :
- Min 10 years of experience, must have headed a business for an omni-channel online platform catering to both B2C & B2B verticals
- Must have experience of working in a start-up during zero to one phase along with Founder/s or at a Founder/s minus 1 level.
- Must have cross-functional experience of working with Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Logistics & SCM and Strategy teams.
- Adept at and experienced in handling the P&L responsibility of the business.
