Must Have's: -

- Only looking for candidates with a consulting background especially from BCG, McKinsey, Bain etc.

- Any ecommerce/ mobile commerce/ Web 2.0 market entry assignments would be a great value add.

- MBA from an ivy league business school/ IIM's/ ISB only apart from B.Tech. from one of the IIT's/ NIT's/ BITS
