Business Head/Ecommerce Head - Luxurious Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.

- Set clear, measurable goals and objectives to drive revenue and market share growth.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for brand expansion and market diversification.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

- Foster and maintain key client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Marketing and Branding:

- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Ensure that brand messaging and positioning align with the company's luxury image.

- Lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and presence through various channels.

Operational Excellence:

- Optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

- Manage inventory, supply chain, and production to meet demand and maintain product excellence.

- Implement best practices for inventory control and stock management.

Team Leadership:

- Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work culture that reflects the company's values.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitoring financial performance against targets.

- Implement cost control measures while ensuring quality and luxury standards are maintained.

- Drive profitability and manage P&L responsibilities effectively.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure an exceptional and personalized customer experience at all touchpoints.

- Continuously monitor customer feedback and make improvements to enhance satisfaction.

- Uphold the brand's reputation for exceptional customer service.


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior management role within the luxury fashion industry.

- Strong understanding of luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.

- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.

- Passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to maintaining the brand's high standards.

- Flexibility to travel as required.
