Job Description :
- To lead, implement & drive Ecommerce Channel within organization & also increase online penetration and online sales
- Steer key account management in line with the distribution strategy to continuously improve online presence
- Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, identify opportunities are and create a viable plan to service them
- Ensuring a seamless shopping experience on E-commerce sites and home website
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets and increase brand affinity
Must have :
- Min 7 Years experience working in ecommerce marketplace only
- Category handled - Fashion/Footwear/Apparel/ Accessories/ Travel Gear/sportswear
- Has managed P&L for specific business
- People Management experience
