POSITION DESCRIPTION : - Responsible for strategically leading & driving the digital revenue and market share objectives in line with the organisational objectives, across all digital platforms and by leveraging on current & new platform partners in India & International markets in an integrated manner. - Driving growth in digital revenues and market share through a wider play in the market; i.e. co-building the product & content side dynamically, partnering with the ecosystem (internal & external) to drive the go-to-market models on Digital and unlocking opportunities through multiple revenue streams. - Define the digital revenue roadmap to increase the market share, increase content consumption through innovative means as well as by leveraging upon partner relations. - Manage and build relationship with key catalysts in the national and international streaming partners - Drive growth through newer opportunities & new platforms partnerships. Partner management and engagement : - Driving scale up through proactive partner management - Working closely with them, holding them accountable and driving joint value creation is key. - Oversee and leverage the digital data & analytics to provide value-addition for content, playlist and marketing strategies to business stakeholders & teams. - Assessment of emerging market opportunities for digital exploitation and providing a recommendation to top management. - Strategic structuring of the commercial and monetization models (high complexity as entertainment rights can be sold through different applications). People Development : - Responsible for driving, motivating, engaging team members in a high-performance and high-accountability environment, and add to their personal/professional growth. - Regular collaboration and communication and liaising with the global digital business teams. HIRING PROFILE : - MBA from a premier institute with 14-16 years, in Broadcast / Media Consulting / Music / Media / OTT / gaming/ telecom industry. Media & Entertainment industry exposure mandatory.Must have worked in MNCs. Ideally Mumbai based. - Comes with track record from dynamic businesses with products or services towards end-consumers and which operate through B2B partnerships requiring deal making, products structuring and commercial skills. - Deep familiarity with enterprises where products are owned but go-to-market is through partnerships, solution-selling, strategic market development. - Passionate about digital ecosystem. - Follows the content and entertainment space continuously and strives to develop technical and functional proficiency in the field. - Experience in conceptualizing, building and commercializing new digital ideas. - Should have sales and marketing centric experience and blend of strategic and operational experience. - Very clear strengths around partner management, product management, commercial skills and strong people's skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and businesses. - Tech and digital savvy, innovative mindset, high learning agility and dynamism to operate in this market. - Ability to think through consumer insights and integrate into operating models will be key. - Driven leader with high results orientation. - Evidence of successfully leveraging analytics for business performance. - Entrepreneurial with superior influencing skills - for internal and external stakeholder management.
