Business Head - Consumer Genomics

Our client is a leading specialised diagnostics chain.

Role : Business Head, Consumer Genomics Testing

Reporting to: Director

Team: Sales team to be built

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience : 5-8 years

- Sector : Consumer / Consumer Healthcare

- Qualifications : MBA from Top tier B-School such as IIM / ISB / SP Jain / JBIMS

- Hands-on experience in Digital marketing

- Experience of building large business or brand from inception is desirable

- Experience in demonstrating leadership and management skills

- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset, keen to build something from scratch

- Strong consumer-focused experience

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implementation of Business Strategy for CGT

- Leadership and management of the sales and marketing

- The proactive engagement KOLs and related Clinicians

- Develop digital strategy for reaching out to end consumers

- Delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales

- Explore newer avenues in CGT introduce commercially viable tests in market

- Hire Sales Team

- Coordination with Scientific Team for developing newer products relevant to need of the market
