Job Description
- The candidate will lead the brand and will be responsible for delivering the short term and long term objectives & business plans of the brand/company
Responsibilities
- Build the mid & long-term strategy for the brand and scale it to a Rs. 500 Cr brand in 5 years
- Creating and Implementing Annual Business Plan, full ownership of P&L
- Developing New Markets and Channels for Business Growth - Both in India and Globally
- Drive the day-to-day operations of the brand across all functions - Marketing, Product, Digital Marketing, Channels, Finance, Sourcing, etc.
- Should work well with all stakeholders
- Build a winning team and a healthy, open & driven culture in the brand.
Skills
- 10-12 years' experience, Engg / MBA from Tier1/2 institute
- Managed P&L & Handled Sales (3-4 years experience in sales/retail is a must)
- Exposure to e-commerce will be an added advantage
- Should have worked in lifestyle consumer goods - Fashion / FMCG
- Can scale businesses and optimize costs
