Business Head/CXO - BPS/BPO/Outsourcing Industry

Requirements:

1) 15 plus years in the BPS or BPO/Outsourcing Industry in International as well as domestic market.

2) Extensive Sales and Business Development experience across multiple domains in the BPS industry.

3) Aspiring leader with excellent track record in winning new contracts, drive P&L of BPO business, expansion of the portfolio.

4) Responsible to run the business effectively and efficiently.

5) Should be able to generate the new client and handle the existing clients.

6) Manage and drive the sales with outmost focus on business development with managing the revenue in consistent and timely manner.

7) Develop strategies to achieve business targets and help in evolving the company's direct sales.
