- Head the customer conversion & loan disbursal process delivery across products and customer segments.

- Providing an end to end digital borrowing experience to customers

- Use data analytics & insights to patternise customer footprint and optimise conversions

- Managing & optimising call center teams and outbound initiatives.

- Extending the lending platform to tap new & untapped customers

- Compile efficient dashboards to observe and act proactively

- Leverage data analytics & data collection tools to minimise delinquency.

- Identifying avenues of incremental business revenues and diversified exposure.

- Ensuring customer experience and retention metrics across value chain of loan disbursal process for

- Service, TAT & quality encompassing all customer facing channels including Voice, Non-Voice & web footprints.

- Building service framework in processes & policies ensuring quality management leveraging technology

- Team Building - Responsible for capacity and workforce management to expand footprints in newer geographies.

- Ensuring capacity and headcount planning in view of MOM growth in business volume.

- Creating growth opportunities for employees through cross- functional interface for processes and functions.
