PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Own the business plan and revenue for the Customer Analytics SaaS Offering Responsible for working with Sales to acquire new customer and accelerating the sales pipeline - Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops - contextualize, translate requirements and articulate portfolio fitment - Lead customer presentations - participate in pre-sales conversations, customer proposals - Train sales and Inside sales teams on product capability, competitive value proposition and market trends - Own revenue targets for the portfolio through various GTM motions - Work with engineering teams to productize analytic approaches, develop and deploy analytic code components - Work with the functional team to define business use cases - Be the solutions consultant on customer deployments, presales consulting, and user adoption - Own go-to-market motions for Customer Analytics SaaS offering globally portfolio - Identify target markets, opportunity sizing, competitive value proposition - Create sales assets to drive GTM - solution pitches, demo scripts, battle cards, tele-sales scripts, email content - Create marketing assets to support GTM motions - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, ROI calculators - Be the company's spokesperson at industry conferences & events, evangelize the portfolio with industry analysts REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Must possess a degree in Engineering or Sciences and an advanced degree in management - Expereince in Sales and Marketing in a SaaS business environment - Entrepreneurial expereince in setting up new businesses - Possess upwards of 15+ years of experience in deploying customer and marketing analytic Solutions within Consumer Marketing Organisations - Retail, CPG, Telco and Hospitality Industries - Understanding of the BI and Analytics Market and the competitive landscape - Deep expertise in using Digital channels for product marketing and demand generation - Strong executive presence and communication skills
