Job Description :
- Drive cards distribution strategy across open architecture, Co-branded card & launch & drive the white label cards
- Design & Build processes & Key Strategic Initiatives to deliver the business targets & own the overall P&L.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan of launching White Label Cards to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery
- Proposition creation to maximize penetration and value creation.
- Management of funnel conversion metrics, sourcing metrics & fulfilment from partner for final card conversion
