Business Head - Credit Cards (11-18 yrs)

Position Summary :

- Design & Build processes & Key Strategic Initiatives to deliver the business targets & own the overall P&L.

- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan of launching White Label Cards to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery.

- Proposition creation to maximize penetration and value creation

- Management of funnel conversion metrics, sourcing metrics & fulfilment from partner for final card conversion

- Liaison with key departments including operations, risk, product, analytics, technology, and service to ensure seamless delivery

KPIs :

1. Business review :

- Review P&L, metrics and dashboards to track business performance, funnel metrics, sourcing metrics, monitor deviations, provide feedback and input on course correction

- Set priorities for the quarter, lead development and execution of projects, monitor delivery of project milestones as per sent objectives and timelines

- Interact with the own functional team to discuss key deliverables, resolve issues and provide support they may need

- Participate in business reviews with the senior management and shareholders to present updates and seek feedback on business performance

2. Partnership management :

- Identify/ shortlist potential partners in the industry, establish contact and discuss context with potential stakeholders on business proposition/ proposal which are mutually beneficial

- Engage with partner to generate interest, explore partnership terms. Launch partnership in a phased manner depending upon the agreed terms and conditions with the partners

- Jointly design and create customer journey and back end operational facilities in collaboration with service partner to facilitate seamless execution and delivery of products/services

3. Funnel & Sourcing operations and review :

- Create and implement effective funnel & sourcing strategies and fulfilment team for cards distribution business towards achievement of sales objectives

- Review the team performance to monitor progress and address team issues like identifying areas requiring more support, escalations from the review meetings of reporting managers and course correction

4. Team Development :

- Build strong talent management model for the function and lay down career growth plan

- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the function

- Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team

- Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge

- Motivate and control attrition by addressing issues that the team might be facing
