Responsibilities
- Build & establish companies Credit Cards Business.
- Responsible for developing a marketing strategy, product value propositions, pricing & positioning for the range of Credit Card products. Work with Advertising and PR agencies to ensure visibility and positioning of the Brand & products.
- Responsible for product design, packaging, communication, promotions and customer insights.
- Responsible for activation, usage & retention programs.
- Develop & implement programs for increasing card spending & improving the % of revolvers.
- Interface with Visa & Master card to ensure compliance, remain conversant with emerging trends and to leverage relationships to the company's advantage.
- Work closely with Operations and Technology in providing a seamless card.
Experience required :
Total 6 - 12 years of work experience - including minimum 2 years prior experience in consulting with any leading credit card business.
BE B Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is a must.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be data-driven
Good communication skills
Take ownership of work and collaborate with other teams for timely completion of projects
