Business Head - Corporate Sales - Corporate Gifting - Retail (14-18 yrs)

Job Description:

Role purpose is to implement / deliver end-to-end management of Sales development and delivery in Premium Products portfolio with the following objectives:

1. Lead entire sales operations across India for Non- Horeca Business

2. Develop demand-pull and implement sales strategies for achievement of high margins and profitability

3. Create a strong and aspirational brand identity of Shaze in coordination with marketing function.

4. Building a successful business vertical in Indian and International Market (UK, US, Middle East) for shaze's premium lifestyle product catagories like Tableware, Watches, Fragrances, Scarves, etc.

Sales Plan Achievement

1. End-to-end ownership of RIGHT POSITIONING of Shaze Premium Products across Geographies that cater to the right targeted customers

2. Drive implementation of different initiatives/activities that help in enhancing the value share of SHAZEs Premium Products

3. Create and execute an integrated annual sales budget through Premium Channel

4. Implement sales promotions, trade programs, retailer advertising and premium product showcases at the right Point-of-Sales

5. Develop channel strategies including company shops, franchisee stores / premium retailers, alternate channels to achieve maximum spread/reach and ROI objectives.

6. Effectively manage, guide and facilitate the efforts of the sales team in the interest of increasing sales of existing retailers and the opening new ones.

7. Keep abreast of competitive activity, including trade promotions, programs.

8. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources

Internal Liaison

- Liaison with the Merchandising team for New product development

- Plan and participate in trade shows and all others public relation events, as required, recommending the implementation of new sales initiatives to meet market needs

People Management

1. Provide leadership through effective communication to motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.

2. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include conceptualizing and ensuring implementation of incentive Plans, performance appraisals and salary reviews.

3. Ensure skill up-gradation of high performers in the sales team

Major Challenges

- Dynamic Market with ever changing consumer needs

- Building right competencies to enable selling at high end / premium counters of sales

- Similar products at various price-points -- India being a price sensitive market

Educational Qualifications :

- MBA / PGDBM

Relevant Experience :

- 14 to 18 years with exposure to the selling of Premium / high end / niche products (preferably appliances)

- Should have handled premium/luxury brands.

- Demonstrated experience in preparing & presenting value based selling proposals for a unparalleled Customer Experience

- Established relationship with high-end channel
