About Our Client

Our client is one the leading financial services players in the NBFC business India, with established and successful businesses across various segments.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving P&L and Balance sheet growth in Hospitality and Food Processing sector.

2. Key responsibilities include team building and expansion of practice in regional locations.

3. To appraise new opportunities, structures in the market & to assist the team in preparation of Information Memorandum and financial model.

4. Origination of new business relationship and deepening existing relationship to drive P&L and balance sheet growth. Profile includes full responsibility starting from business development, structuring of transaction, credit assessment, due diligence, negotiation and closure of term sheet/sanction letter, various regulatory and internal compliance, documentation, disbursement, post disbursement monitoring, loan syndication, portfolio management etc.

5. Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance, off-balance sheet finance, acquisition financing etc.

6. Focus on offering financial solutions for their cash management, trade financing, & other advisory services.

7. Analyze various debt financing opportunities for various projects in the hospitality & Food Processing sectors. Analyze cash flow waterfalls, prepare term sheet and client negotiation.

8. Manage & coordinate due diligence process with key stakeholders-client representatives, internal credit, legal counsel and other internal team(s) & third-party vendors.

9. Portfolio Management through regular monitoring, site visits, tracking regulatory updates and sector.
