Responsibilities :&nbsp; - This position will drive the Consumer Retail business of Packet / Branded tea. - Today this vertical constitutes of 63 personnel - Sales &amp; Marketing personnel. - The presence of their brand is restricted to East India only. - Today the turnover of this vertical is only 15 Cr. Projection is to grow to 350 Cr in the next 5-7 years. - Along with this our client also has 4 Tea Kiosks. 2 in Kolkata, 01 in Assam and 01 in Dooars, West Bengal. - The plan to to increase the kiosks across India and also build Tea Cafes. - The role of this incumbent is to drive this vertical with GTM strategies, Marketing &amp; Sales Strategies, Branding strategies, Digital strategies. - All the functions within this vertical will report to this position.
