- Heading leadership hiring for reputed Consumer clients. Also supporting leadership hiring for other industry verticals.

- Hiring for Product and Consumer Durable companies.

- End to end responsibility to manage senior level search assignments.

- P & L responsibilities. Ensure team's profitability through regular assessments & supervision.

- Recruitment strategies, supervise & give directions to search the team on industry mapping, complex Business Development and & developing key clients for the vertical

- Manage & supervise Team's performance on mid & senior level assignments- Open Positions, Feedback Mgmt, Escalation Mgmt, and Domain Expertise.

- Business Development, new client acquisition

- Client relationship management / key accounts management

- Client mining, ensuring constant business

- Developed team's competency & ensure their performance.
