Business Head Consumer Business
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategize, plan, and execute business plans across diverse domains.
- Responsible for P&L with Year on Year profit delivery.
- Ensure team building ; mentoring and building high performance teams for Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Training and Commercial Excellence.
- Build a robust sales & distribution infrastructure for Consumer business.
- Build and manage brand architecture, positioning of brands basis consumer/ sales team insights.
- Implement Consumer/Doctors insight driven initiatives, ATL / BTL Campaigns, directed towards consumer activations.
- Manage product life cycle with successful new product launches from ideation to launch.
- Understand consumers through research ; insights, competitive Intelligence, products idea validation and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee people management and new strategic initiatives.
- Manage selection, assessment, coaching, motivating team members, and their development.
- Identify new opportunities in market, make appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through market intelligence.
- Manage diverse businesses channels for the Consumer business.
- Plan the local marketing strategy, brand line objectives and development schedules for medium/long term plan.
- Manage cross-functional teams in various timeline based projects.
- Develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.
