Required for a startup org (www.OpenLearn.in) in the area of Online Education services to K12 students and working professionals. The role is of a Partner without any fixed monthly compensation but outcome based / revenue share and stake in the org. The indicative remuneration is a monthly component that the person can expect earning after 3-6 months of performance based outcome

- Experienced professional required with EdTech/eLearning/Education experience in k12 space in Marketing with extensive business experience in managing K12 business

- This is a Co-Founder role and offers low salary plus equity/outcome based Bonus

- Digital Marketing & Inside Sales - candidate will be responsible for developing & executing the and content marketing strategy

- The ideal candidate will be well-rounded: analytical, and metrics-driven. Additionally, will play a key role to strategic growth and identifying opportunities to enable revenue growth targets. Must be self-driven and comfortable in creating/building a team and managing it

Your job scope will include :

- Initially a self-contributor role with a progressive team management responsibility over 3 to 6 months, with digital marketing and inside sales

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- To create campaigns that deeply integrate with our programs

- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management

- Demonstrates an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization

Job Requirements :

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Proven inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets

- An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a early stage small start-up culture

- Ability to succeed in a revenue oriented and sales focused environment

- Ability to work with limited direct day to day management

- Should be flexible to stretch if businessdemands
