Designation : Business Head - Pharma /Lifescience/Agro Chemicals

Qualification : Any Graduate /MSc and Phd in Entomology , Pharmaceuticals, Lifesciences, Agrochemicals, Food or Biochemistry is must.

- Preferably a person who is handling P&L responsibility and has worked in huge growth & competitive environment from a reputed organisations.

- Candidate should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from with professional companies and competitive environment.

KRA's :

- He will be responsible of P&L for Business.

- Formulate Business strategy for the business in alignment with the organisation short term and long term objectives.

- Analyze the existing market and draw entry plans for different markets.

- Build new strategic alliances /networks to enhance the reach to larger customer pool thereby enhancing customer market share

- Benchmark global practices & read and understand trends in this industry

- Innovate & develop new pathways (technology, influencers, etc) to build connect with consumer & customer for a wider reach.

- To play a full role in the Management Team contributing to overall business strategy.
