- Having B.tech/Diploma in civil or mechanical is mandatory. - Should be having experience in real estate - Develop Company's plans and execute sound performance of the Company. - Direct Company's fiscal and operational function and performance. - Ensure proper accounting and costing activities. - Ensure proper budgeting. - Provide strategic inputs to the Board of Directors. - Should be able to lead the development of Company's short term and long term strategy. - Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc. - Ensure effective treasury functioning. - Assessing risks to the Company and keeping the Board informed.
