Multiple Opening for Sales- CDMO/CRAM/CMO (Sales Head/ Business Head/ VP/ GM) for one of Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Client in Mumbai/ Nagpur/ Globally.
Position Details:
Company: Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Client
Position: Head Sales/ Business Head- CDMO/CRAM/ CMO (Pharmaceutical)
Experience: Around 10 to 30 Years of Experience in CDMO/CRAM/CMO Sales mainly into Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, Specialty Chemical Manufacturing company.
Salary: As per the market Standard
Location: Mumbai, Nagpur, Europe, Japan, East Cost region of USA, West Cost region of USA
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Volume & Revenue Goals by Business Development and Account management.
- Formulating strategies to identify unexplored markets/ customers/ segments for business expansion and diversification - including new products identification.
- Leverage industry contacts and increase the organizations visibility & acceptance in the market.
- Managing activities pertaining to preliminary negotiating deals (commercial) with the vendors/ suppliers/ global customers.
- Partnerships and alliances with focus on long term revenue growth.
- Maintain high level of compliance in accordance with the organizational standard and policies.
- Consistent evaluation of market conditions & trends and monitor competitors activity products, pricing, marketing techniques.
- Collecting information and intelligence by participating in trade shows, meetings with business executives and prospective partners.
- Define targets & allocate responsibilities to the team and monitor their performance against the agreed target.
Skills & Criteria: We are looking for the candidates who all are having the experience in CDMO/CMO/CRAM Sales mainly in Pharmaceutical and Agrochemical Industries.
