About the Team:  Campaign Team: The Campaign Team is responsible for onboarding campaigns with Developers across the country and driving ROI based marketing to generate online sales for the client on ABC.Co and other offline channels  Key Responsibilities:  - Expert Co-ordinator: Ability to function with various POC's from other departments to ensure on time, good quality campaign execution.  - Handle Pressure Situations: Ability to work in high pressure environments and handle complex situations regularly  - Manage External Relationships: Great communication skills. Understand clients overall agenda and requirements from campaigns and matching underlying needs of client to required services and solutions.  - Manage medium size teams: Designs and allocates responsibilities to team members, works cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals and monitors daily performance  - Flexibility: Decides how to do something based on the situation while maintaining an overall plan or strategy, changes how to accomplish the plan, acts to fit the person or situation  - Target Based: A campaign managers   Job Specifications:  - Education- Preferably MBA   - Skill sets:  - Ability to manage people and coordinate well cross departments  - Ability to understand and grasp very fast how the entire system functions, including inter dependencies of various departments and roles  - Ability to manage with short deadlines  - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve the process  - Implements feedback to improve performance and monitor his/her own work  - Should have an eye for each and every minute detail  - Computer management with good Excel skills  - Speed and accuracy with attention to detail  - Should be motivated to work and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced start-up environment  Preferred Skills (If any):  - Understanding/Background: Experience of direct consumer behaviour or deep understanding of consumer behaviour in any domain  - Experience: Prior experience in Sales and Marketing Essential. Knowledge of Digital Marketing important.   - Real Estate experience a bonus  - Flexible/ long work hours depending on the work load
