Business Head - Biologic Medical Product Division (15-26 yrs)
Business Head - Reputed Biotech Co
- At present, We are having an urgent opening for BUSINESS HEAD for a BIOTECHNOLOGY BASED PHARMA based at MUMBAI location for their biologic medical product division.
- The incumbent will Lead the Biosimilars business in terms of P&L responsibilities, manage manufacturing and project matters, Product development/launch/market expansion and oversight of all the individual technical functions related to operational aspects
Accountabilities:
- Preparation and execution of business plans in order to achieve the company's vision, mission, managing the employees.
- Drive all facets of revenue generation and identifying opportunities for growth of business.
- Lead domestic as well as international product registrations related to developing and successfully implementing business and operational plans
- Responsible for overall management of plant manufacturing, quality and other support functions.
- Drive a 24/7 audit readiness organization for any standards
- Responsible to Implement process improvement projects to improve efficiency and cost saving.
- To control and monitor budget preparations and Cost compliances to budgets for capital and operating expenses.
- Provide adequate support to personnel recruitment, retention, training and skill-improvement functions.
- Execute the business plan in terms of P&L, product launches/development.
- Ensure revenue generation as per budget and execute projects that lead to revenue growth.
- Product registrations as per plan and product development as per budgeted milestones.
- Technical functions perform at levels as per business expectations
- Demonstrate consistent process improvement.
- Costs (OPEX and CAPEX) as per budget and consistent with the activities performed
