Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dedicatedly focus on building the team and ensure that targets are met on a timely basis.
- The process would be responsible for upselling a premium subscription programmed to happy HNI, UHNI customers registered on the platform.
- Ensures that 25% conversion in upselling the product to existing clients.
- Has the ability to maneuver data points and take business decisions.
- Proven track record of upselling a premium product/service would be ideal.
- Manages and guides a successful Program team based out of South to manage existing subscribers' renewals and upgrades to Lifetime subscriptions.
- He would also be responsible for qualitative parameters i.e. - Average Revenue Per account ( ARPA) , Average Revenue per tranche ( ARPT), Conversion % , Collections from clients who default in time.
- Should be willing to travel between Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing team to build and disseminate key benefits of the program to potential clients.
- Must be creative in thinking in terms of adding new features to the program. Building creative incentive structures and rewards and recognition programs for sales team members.
- Must have strong people management skills to ensure that team delivers to it's maximum potential.

- Develop team members: Manage, mentor and develop team members to ensure their growth and success
Required Skills:
- Been a part of a faced paced growth journey with a progressive company and been responsible for driving sales from x to 20x.
- Excellent management skills including 8+ years coaching and leading a sales team
- Knowledge of financial services market, equity preferable, fair understanding of market dynamics.
- Prior leadership experience developing and executing strategies to achieve competitive advantage
- Have proven track record of managing and delivering in Matrix structures
- History of positive accomplishments including a track record of impacting top line revenue
- Must have had P&L responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, listening and presentation skills
