The Individual : - For the role of Business Head in B2C Operations, we require candidates to have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills that may have been developed either in an entrepreneurial environment or with a fast-paced growth firm. - It is general management role - person will be responsible for the entire business encompassing sales, operations, service delivery, product and marketing. - Primary responsibilities will be to manage P&L responsibility of the company to drive new products development, marketing initiatives, sales efficacy and operational excellence. - The individual will assist CEO with strategic insights to help in decision making, either in a growth management capacity or by supporting specific work-streams or deliverables. - He is expected to work at the intersection of marketing and product development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. The Business Head will be reporting to the CEO. - The position is extremely critical since the individual is responsible for growing revenue and profits as a core objective. Education/Professional qualifications : - We are seeking a high caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards. - Minimum 10 years of post MBA experience, of which the last 3 years minimum is needed in consumer internet.
