Urgently looking for Business Head B2C + B2B - PAN India with FMCG.

Location : Gurgaon

Experience :

- Background in FMCG sales in both B2B and B2C setups

- 10-15 years of experience in handling regional/national sales for a consumer products organization.

- CTC can go up to the 30 to 40 Lacs

Responsibilities :

- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets in accordance with goals.

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with regards to targets to achieve goals

- Budgets and plan for expanding market and improving market share

- Data & relationship,

- Organizational change

- Growth and Expansion

- Green Filed Sales Operations Building

- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals

- Demonstrated success in Sales/Business management

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of market and environment in terms of competition, substitutes, threats and opportunities

- Great people development and influencing skills
