Business Head/AVP - Sales - home appliance (15-20 yrs)
1. Responsible for delivering the Topline and bottom line business plan numbers for the respective financial years.
2. Develop the sales and distribution roadmap for delivering the mission of the company of becoming a profitable 500 Cores business house by FY26.
3. Align Sales function and Marketing activities to deliver the Business Plan.
4. Develop new product lines/categories closely related to the current business of Kitchenware and Cookware.
5. Responsible for directing the Organisation's Sales Strategy and manage responsibilities essential for improving sales force effectiveness and productivity. These would include playing the role of a driving force in planning, reporting, target setting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation and incentive design & administration and recruitment & selection of sales force talent.
6. Overall accountability for leading growth and expansion of sales as per the rolling business plans and Organisation's ambitions and to bring inadequate focus on key/critical product lines and geographies through strategic and directional sales planning and development of new & non-conventional channels. Also, play a strategic role in defining the Organisation's Trade Marketing Strategy and Customer & Consumer Loyalty Programmes. To lead and direct a sales team/department to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. The role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes.
