Client Details

Our client is a leading European Automotive Tier 1 supplier with a Bumper to Bumper product line split into multiple business lines catering to both OE and the After-market. The organization has a global revenue of over 5 billion Euros and over 50 thousand employees.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director,

- you will be responsible to drive the P&L for the assigned business unit

- lead and motivate a large team to achieve the organizational objectives

- be the face of the organization for top OE customers

Profile

The successful applicant comes with 15 to 18 years of experience in the Automotive industry.

Must haves:

- Established relationships across departments in the major Automotive OEMs and the major Distributors for the After-Market.

- Exposure to Sales, Business development and Product Management.

- Extensive Team management exposure

- Graduate in Engineering and MBA (preferred)
