Business Head - Automobile (25-30 yrs)
We have opening for the Oman location with one of the Biggest Automobile company:
BUSINESS HEAD / PROFIT CENTRE HEAD - EXPORTS
Job:
- To develop and implement comprehensive & innovative sales & marketing activities of spare parts division as a Profit Centre and to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment.
- To ensure high market share by maximizing sales through service network, sales counters, institutional customers and dealers.
- Ordering and inventory management, pricing, promotional activities, coordination with overseas principals, etc. will be important aspects of the role.
- The position will report to Head of Parts Operations.
Qualification: Engineering graduate with additional management qualification.
Experience:
- Around 25 years of relevant experience in large sized automobile / auto-ancillary companies or large parts distributors.
- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the national / international sales of spare parts, handling large markets / volume and a large team of professionals in a reputed organization.
- Proven track record & leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen, analytical ability and pleasing personality are essential.
- Exposure to international business and dealing with overseas principles will be a big advantage.
