Head of Business - AUTO PARTS & SERVICE

- To head a world class and large multi franchise Automobile Parts and Service operations spread across the country.

- To be responsible for devising and implementing aggressive sales and marketing activities of Service and Parts business and achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment, devise and drive growth plans.

- To liaise with principals on technical matters and overseeing warranty, ordering and inventory / warehouse management, pricing, promotional activities etc will be important aspects of the role.

- Planned up gradation / expansion of service infrastructure / resources will also be an important area of responsibility.

- To maximize cost efficiency and productivity and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.

- To effectively plan manpower, training and development programmes in line with the changing technology.

- He has to oversee the overall performance of different verticals of the Group comprising a team of approx. 1200 personnel.

Qualification : Engineering Degree preferably with additional management qualification from a reputed institute.

Experience :

- 25+ years of experience preferably in Sales & Marketing of Auto Parts & Service of which at least 5 years should be in a top management position with profit center responsibility of a reputed automobile manufacturer / dealership.

- Sound knowledge of the latest technologies, adequate hands-on experience, excellent man-management skills and strong commercial acumen are essential pre-requisites.

- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the Service and Spare Parts business at National level, handling large market / volume and a large team of professionals in a reputed organization.

- Proven experience of managing a very large service operation with multiple locations, procurement / inventory / warehouse management, is desirable. Exposure to International business will be an added advantage.

- Candidate need to travel into international location frequently and also ready to relocate on dream destination, If required.
