Job Profile
1. Responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, territory planning and building mainly from KEY corporate accounts.
2. Plan Sales Strategy to achieve business targets, monitoring the actual performances and taking corrective actions, in case of shortfall. Deciding adequate (right size) of team and Overheads.
3. Designing and implementing competent strategies to explore potential business avenues, penetrate new accounts and expand the existing clientele.
4. Concentrating on existing customers to increase business volume. Engaging customers of other Vendor, by providing AMC & other services.
5. Demonstrate Technical Proficiency by continuously gathering technical skills and being able to deliver Technical Presentations and demonstration of the product / Solutions wherever it is required.
6. Ensure long term relationships with the clients for repetitive business & support.
7. Provide Insight to Internal team by assisting them in sourcing and basic level of Logistics Support.
8. Ensure complete client satisfaction by coordinating with the installation team for delivery of a Good Quality Project to build SISPL Brand reputation
9. In short running the show as profit centre.
