Our Client is looking for an experienced Business Head to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of its Artist Service department in India. You will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. You must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the - big picture- in a variety of settings. The goal is to drive the company's Artist Services development and guide it towards long-term success. Missions : - Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategy across Indian Market. Define sourcing strategy and priority targets for the unit; provide strategic guidance to develop key local projects. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Meet and build relationships with key business contributors. - People Management :&nbsp;Hire, manage, motivate and challenge local ASD Leads. - Work Organization :&nbsp;Structure and organize work locally and internationally, internally&nbsp;and externally and local inter-companies. - Execution Control :&nbsp;Control local execution and ensure alignment with global strategy,&nbsp;processes and oversee financial and legal operations related to Artist Services. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Device strategies for change and improvement of process to scale up the business based on the analysis of the existing system. - Budget, Performance owns monitor KPI and budgets, forecasting and work towards achieving profitability of the unit. - Reporting : Deliver reporting- s, business reviews and market insights to Local MD &amp; HQ - Monitor competition and use innovative ideas to maximize market share while&nbsp;maintaining alignment to overall company strategy. Skills : - Strong leadership skills : Communication, integrity, awareness, business &amp; strategic vision, commitment. - Strong management skills : Ability to structure, organize, manage and inspire the team - Excellent relationships, artist friendly - Managing, setting, monitoring budgets &amp; hitting targets. - Strong sense of priorities - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Should have both passion and experience in ground-up brand building Initiatives :&nbsp;Local language + English Experience :&nbsp;10+ years in Business management in a label or any other music/media Structure : - Significant experience in team Management (at least 5-7 years). - Experience in managing P&amp;L is a must.
