Role:

- Will be responsible for growing the business and managing a small P&L

- Should be able to create compelling proposals - in quality as well as cost terms

- Should be adept at understanding client requirements and suggest a suitable approach

- Should be adept at estimating project cost accurately and to monitor the execution within budget

- Needs to be adept at client relationship management

- Will need to manage and motivate a team of 2-3 people

- Needs to be able to plan and stagger the project execution for multiple concurrent projects

- Should understand or have the ability to quickly grasp the process of filmmaking - both live action as well as animation

- Needs to have the ability to put together freelance production partners/teams ranging from writers to full-fledged crew at short notice

- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Office tools - word, excel, PowerPoint

- Knowledge of new media like AR and VR will be an advantage

- Travel up to 2 days per week

Experience:

- Prior exposure to multimedia including films, animations or AR/VR is essential

- Must have managed and mentored a lean, cross-functional team

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives

- Exceptional presentation skills, written and verbal

- Demonstrated history in thriving in highly competitive markets
