- Responsible for designing and implementing business strategy focussing on business expansions activities by ensuring the desired revenue and profitability pertaining to feed premixes (Vitamins and Minerals) and additives

Description
- Provide guidance and support with regard to business deliverables to the team and ensure continued focus on Revenue & Profitability inline with budget ensuring Business Hygiene.
- Focus and drive business development activities by providing technical solutions pertaining to animal nutrition
- Review Product segmentation and solutions offered from time to time keeping in view the market requirement for driving aggressive growth as a part of New Product Development (NPD) pertaining to Poultry, Aqua & Dairy segments.
Profile :
- Working knowledge of Animal Nutrition products (feed premixes and additives) & processes.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Animal Nutrition products (feed premixes and additives) & on sales and distribution B2B, and B2C in Animal Nutrition industry. (Minimum 5 years in Leadership roles)
Education : M.V Sc Animal Nutrition / Poultry Science / Veterinary Science
