- 4-5 experience of Myanmar market is important.
- Should be from premier B-school.
- Must be a good team leader and has the experience of handling team.
- Must posses total experience of 9-18 years.
- Should have the knowledge of agricultural commodity.
- Should have an experience of dealing with framers.
- Should have an experience of sales of agriculture commodity like rice and pulses.
