Business Head - Aerospace & Defence Division (15-20 yrs)
Key Purpose of the Job:
The Aerospace Sales Lead is responsible for developing and implementing the Aerospace sales plan, strategy and targets in alignment to the business plan / objectives. The role holder is responsible for driving the achievement of sales targets, managing customer relations and ensuring order deliveries as per committed quality and stipulated time lines. The role holder also focuses on generating new business opportunities in India and abroad (North America and Europe)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the plan, budget and strategy for aerospace sales business in alignment to overall divisional business
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the division
- Liaise with key customers and ensure sales delivery as per the business plan
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities in aerospace market
- Responsible for aerospace new product development activities of the division
