Job Description:
Business Leader position will have responsibility of P & L New Business on boarding. Lead the smooth functioning of the business and enhancing growth year over year on Profitability & Cashflows
To build and execute the strategic roadmap for the development of the domestic and international business to make a positive impact on the stakeholders and create valuation in the business.
Providing Thought Leadership, integrating the teams, business process, operational efficiency and governance.
Revenue Generation for the business - To lead all the activities and initiatives of the Business to achieve the overall revenue target as per AOP forecast, Cash, and cash flow.
POSITION ESSENTIALS :
Should have a strong background in the advertising field
2. As this is a greenfield project the candidate should be having an entrepreneurial skillset to build the business from scratch.
3. Should have strong business connections with brands and advertising agencies.
4. Strategy builder and implementer.
5. Should have strong leadership and communication skills.
