Job Title : Business Finance Controller

Exp : 12+ yrs

- Business Finance Controller, Should closely work with the operating team.

- Experience in Planning, budgeting, reporting performance, control, variance analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of control systems in the Finance team.

- Ability to manage financial inflows and outflows at a group and entity level.

- Ability to talk to banks and other financial institutions in the process of raising and servicing loans.

- Ensuring the day to day operational requirements are met, within the required timelines with the help of the Finance Team.

- Ensuring the compliances of Taxes such as TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI & Such other applicable provisions.

- Development and preparation of monthly MIS within the timelines as prescribed by the management time to time.

- Ensuring the management of treasury and banking of both the entities.

- Acting as coordinator with external and internal auditors and supplying of the necessary information and documentation.

- Acting as the controller for payments etc., which are subject to further approvals from management.
