Business Finance job opportunity in Bangalore with a global Digital Transformation firm for an individual holding between 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Finance and accounting. Responsibilities : - Understanding the Revenue goals - track financials of project/program working closely with the project and deliver managers including but not limited to&nbsp; - Understand the billing process and methodology for every project (T&amp;M, Milestone, Annuity), project revenue vs track cost, margins for all the projects. - Building Forecasting Models and working with Presales teams. - Work with the sub teams to ensure billing and invoicing are happening on time. - Communicating on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on the Financial Status of the department and the projects. - Prepare and drive operational and financial metrics for the department. - Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. - Forecasting and budgeting of Headcount, Bookings and Margin. - Should have worked in an IT Service Provider environment. - Should be able to structure and define framework for the financial process, forecasting, budgeting for the department. - Should have financial management and P&amp;L understanding. - Management of revenue recognition, contract management, reconciliation and billing. - Headcount management to track Cost for sub departments - Drive &amp; Track utilization of resources and Time Management of Resources. Requirements : - Excellent Communication Skills - Thorough knowledge of business finance and accounting - Good organizational analytical and multi-tasking skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to deal with client - Good exposure to Financial tools especially Oracle based and Cloud engagements. - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Programs specifically Excel and Powerpoint. - Immediate Joiners or 1 month of Notice period will be preferred WHAT'S IN FOR YOU : - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders.
