Business/Financial Analyst - Corporate - Retail (4-8 yrs)
Our client is a global duty free and travel retail operator. The global headquarters is based out of Dubai. Our client has operations in 30+ countries across the four continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. The company employs over 600+ employees pan India.
Brief Job Description:
- Develop, improve upon existing MIS & BIS, with value added financial analysis
- Group Business plans, models, forecasts including forms management
- Actively participate and work on business data automation projects
- Manage and create consolidate FP&A reports including analysis
- Liaison with all regions, functional department to gather business insights and provide inputs to management
- Data mining, meaningful data warehouse creation/management
- Profit center & cost centers analysis & advise on cost/profit management
- Create value added business dash boards on financial data
- Manage risk matrices, analyze & report exception reports
- Participate and support business strategy activities
- Board related requirements and special projects
- Support to M & A activities if required.
Ideal candidate must possess:
- MBA degree from a reputed institution (5-7 yrs) or CA (6-8 yrs). ICWA would be added advantage
- Strong knowledge in ERP / Business objects / business intelligence tool
- Must possess Microsoft analytical skills (excel, word, power point)
- Must have FP&A / analyst / analytic experience in his / her last assignment
- Private equity background shall be added advantage.
- Prefer candidate from either FMCG, consumer goods or similar industries.
